Q. How do i make order and payment on the site ?
- Click “Add To Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Proceed To Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a "Log In" page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the "Shipping Address" page then click “Continue To Shipping Method” button.
- From here, you need to select your "Shipping Methods" and click “Continue” button.
- Next, you may key in your "Voucher Code", "Coupon Code" or "Reward Point" (if you have any) at this page.
- Then you'll need to choose your "Payment Method", reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Place To Order” to complete the order.
- Next, u may just continue to make payment and done.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency ?
- All products transaction currency will be done in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM).
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address ?
- Log in to your account → Click on “My Account” → Choose "My Profile", "My adresses" or "Change Password" to edit your account information or shipping address.
Q. How if i forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it ?

- Fill in the email in the box that used to register your account.

- A verification token will be sent to your email.
- Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made ?
- Yes, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped out or the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to us at [email protected] with the message title “Request To Cancel Order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order by providing us YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, PAYMENT RECEIPT.
- There will be no refunds on shipping charges.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will NOT be cancel.
Q. How long does the delivery usually take ?
- Your orders are usually dispatched once the payment is confirmed within 3 business days (for in-stock products/available stocks).
- You may track the delivery process as we will provide you the tracking number after we shipped your orders.
- Delivery is expected to take about 5 to 7 working day from the date of orders shipped.
- Delivery times can not be guaranteed, but we try our best.

- We do not guarantee any shipments made to P.O. Box address or any incomplete address.
- We do NOT accept claims for missing orders beyond 14 days from the date of shipping.
Q. What is STORE CREDIT ?
- Store Credit is credited while there is any refund for your purchase (excluding shipping fee).
- You may check your Store Credit balance at MY STORE CREDIT and use it for next purchase during checkout.
- Note: Store Credit are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, non-cashable and can only be redeemed at floralandfurry.com during checkout.
