Return & Refund Policy

Floral and Furry (MW MIN WEI FARM CARE) is gladly accepting the return or replacement for goods/products that are:

  • Defective Goods - defective due to manufacturing defects
  • Wrong Goods Delivered - the items you received are different from your order
  • Incorrect Quantity Of Goods - goods delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered

 

You may need to send us an email at [email protected] with message title "Request To Return Or Replacement" within 3 days from the date of delivery by providing the details as below : 

  • Order No / Invoice No
  • Name & Contact Number
  • Payment Receipt
  • Brief Explanation for the Return/Replacement

The goods/products are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you to pack them carefully, obtain proof of shipping, and arrange appropriate insurance. You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged, or you fail to take reasonable care of the goods/products, we reserve the right not to accept your return and your payment will NOT be refunded. 

 

Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above and we have checked and confirmed the goods/products are in good condition,  we will credit your payment amount for the goods/products at the price of the items as stated on your invoice (excluding the shipping fees) to your STORE CREDIT within 3 days. 

 

We reserve the right to replace the defective goods/products, rather than refund your payment as store credit.

 

In the event that we find no fault/issue with the condition or quantity of goods/products that we delivered, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the goods/products and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
